David Gaskin at Republic Pain Specialist in Bryan has truly been a blessing to our family. His care has changed my husband’s life for the better—not only with managing his pain, but also with the symptoms he struggles with from PTSD. The difference in his quality of life has been incredible.

For me personally, David has always been kind, compassionate, helpful, and supportive, especially during those times when pain can make everything feel overwhelming. He listens, he cares, and you never feel like you’re just another patient walking through the door.

Because of the care we’ve received, my husband and I both feel like we’ve gotten a piece of our younger selves back. We’re moving, living, laughing, and enjoying life again—and that is something you simply can’t put a price on.

My oldest daughter became very sick, and after 8 months of complete agony, countless hospital stays, an NG feeding tube, and a diagnosis of “post-COVID gastric nerve issues” and POTS, we left our final 11-day hospital stay feeling completely hopeless.

Then I came across a TikTok video about David Gaskin and how he had helped others struggling with post-COVID issues. I immediately reached out, and he graciously agreed to review my daughter’s medical records and take her on as a patient.

We made the 3-hour trip to his office, and he was truly a Godsend. He helped my daughter get back to being a normal teenager. With his care, we were able to remove her feeding tube and significantly reduce the medications she needed.

Four years later, she is a thriving young woman who is able to live life like she was meant to. I will forever be grateful to this man for giving my daughter hope and helping her find her way back to herself.

Jaime had covid almost 2 years ago. She hasn’t smelled since and taste has been off. I learned of a procedure that was having some success at an anesthesia conference. It is called a stellate ganglion block (SGB). Well a CRNA in Bryan, TX who has his own pain clinic was having success with this block. We flew to Houston then drove two hours to his clinic. After two blocks Jaime CAN SMELL AGAIN!!! And the bad taste she constantly had in her mouth is GONE!!

I can’t say enough good things about David Gaskin. God has blessed him with knowledge and skill and he is putting those things together to change people’s lives!

I developed parosmia in September of 2021 and could not eat anything. I lost around 20 pounds and decided I had to do something or I was going to starve. I am a new mom and consequently developed SI joint pain on my right side. David has been able to alleviate my pain so I can get back to exercise and caring for my baby girl! The procedure was quick and painless. Highly recommended!

Went in to see Mr. Gaskin regarding some back pain that I’ve had for years. He heard me out and asked me to do some stretches and movements and figured out that it was my SI joint causing me issues. He gave me a shot that was pain free(because I’m a huge baby when it comes to needles) and I’ve been lower back pain free going on two months now. I would recommend him to anyone having daily pain. Very affordable and a great doctor. I will definitely be back if I have to be.

I have had back pain for years with some days sever and the rest of the time a dull ache. With a big vacation coming up I wanted to be pain-free and able to physically do anything I wanted so, I went to see if Mr. Gaskin could help me. I was terrified of injections but my pain overrode my fears. I am shocked as to how easy the injections were.
