Republic Pain Specialists – Bryan/College Station is now open, and we’re so excited to be your new neighbor! We’re located at 3201 University Drive East in Suite 175 in the Physician’s Center. We are ready to help you manage your pain, so it doesn’t manage you. We want to deliver comprehensive treatment, education, and support to enhance the health and fitness of the individual and overall community. We provide injections and nerve blocks among other services to treat chronic pain without the use of opioids. Our medical team includes David Gaskin, CRNA, NSPM-C, CPT USAR, and Rudy P. Briner, MD.

Republic Pain Specialists – Bryan/College Station is open on Tuesdays from 9 am - 5 pm. We encourage open and regular contact with your primary care team and recommend scheduling appointments to discuss your pain and create an individual treatment plan to manage your pain and live a full life. We treat chronic low back and neck pain, cervical and lumbar pain, chronic headaches, syndromes, and any other chronic pain. We accept most major insurance, including Aetna, Amerigroup, BCBS Blue Essentials, Cigna, Coventry/First Health, First Care, IMS, Medicare, Medicaid, NX Health Network PPO, Superior STAR, Superior STAR Plus, Superior Ambetter, United Healthcare, and other self-pay rates. We utilize a multidisciplinary team approach to treat your pain. The number one concern when treating pain is to find the best and safest treatment. Although pain medicines may be necessary to manage pain, we are compliant with the Texas Board of Medicine protocol. Other treatment modalities include health and nutrition, chiropractic, massage, meditation/mindfulness, yoga, acupuncture, or psychological counseling and support. Our goal in treating chronic pain is to improve function, so you can get back to doing daily activities.
